when i first did it, I would do shake, oatmeal, shake, soup, shake..
now i tend to do coffee/hot drink (i love the rasberry in my coffee), and there's really no way to tell what I'm gonna do the rest of the day.. i dont really do the soups or oatmeal anymore.. kinda got over them.
one day at a time....

hard boiled egg

Has anyone tried going with a lot of hard boiled egg meals? Perhaps losing some of the yolks if trying to avoid cholesterol, but personally the yolk isn't my favorite part of a hard boiled egg anyway. I would guess the protein from a meal largely based on that would be a nice metabolism fire-starter...
