Hi everyone,
I started the program on January 26 2010 with a weigh-in of 214lbs at 5'2inches. I came out the gates hard...lol! I was sticking to the plan word by word...not drinking alcohol, no food and all, then today I had a moment of weakness and ate 13 individual cheez-its, and two combos : ( and now I feel guilty as crap. I hope that doesn't interfere with my progress thus far as it relates to weight loss. I've since, this afternoon, vowed to stick to it no matter how good food smells or looks. I know the road is long but I am confident that the results will be mind blowing...please let me know if anyone thinks my moment of weakness will inhibit my weight loss progress/plan. I need assurance that there is still hope....or am I over reacting?
