Wish I had some suggestions but I saw that Pork skins have no carbs. Don't know if you eat them, but it sure helps me when I have a potato chip craving. I don't feel so guilty.

I discovered sugar-free pickles (actually it's on the list of approved foods).
I have always loved little sweet midget pickles. Lo and behold, there are SPLENDA - sweetened pickles with zero calories!!

And another thing --
The March 2010 issue of Good Housekeeping has an article/chart about roasting vegetables.
I havent yet tried this, but plan to give it a shot with some zucchini tomorrow.

i've found a few things that I snack on.
slim jim's.. love em.
string cheese.
I like spaghetti squash, and i also found low carb wraps that i'll wrap up fully cooked bacon and some shredded cheese and microwave, YUM.
I got a little sick of salads and chicken, I like doing omlets, or just hard boiled eggs.
asparagus is really good if you cook it, then put a tiny bit of ital. dressing on it, and refrigerate, then I just pick it up and snack on it.
anyone got anything else??

Where can you find spaghetti squash? (I live in a little bitty town -- I KNOW I'll either have to (a) grow my own, or (b) find someplace in Columbia that sells it.

Oh I love string cheese -- that'll be a great snack!

Thanks,
Silver

Yes, we have a WalMart but I've never seen spaghetti squash there. There's a "Super-WalMart" about 15 miles from here, I'll take a look in there! :D

I eat string cheese every day. :D
(While I could eat the whole bag, I limit myself to one a day. LOL)

OH -- and I finally found some spaghetti squash, in a Publix on the NE side of Columbia.
